Intelligence Programme
The Safety Intelligence (SQ) Programme is a practical framework for improving workplace safety across industries and organisations.
A programme designed to empower organisations with the tools and knowledge to make safety an easier part of our everyday.
More than compliance, SQ treats safety as a part of workplace culture – something that’s not tacked on, but embedded in our everyday.
SQ is made up of three kinds of intelligence
Intellectual – making sure everything makes sense and avoids confusion.
Emotional – empathising with others and responding with care.
Cultural – acting in the spirit of kaitiakitanga, guardianship.
Workplace safety doesn’t have to be a burden. Safety Intelligence (SQ) is all about making it clear, human and effective.
Every day, safety is what allows us to protect one another, our communities, and the taiao (environment) we work with.
